We work on-site with small business owners to improve management systems in the areas of financial management, marketing, planning, operations, human resource management, and technology. alt.Consulting works with the client, Identifies problems and opportunities, Implements management systems, and Trains the business owner. Most small businesses can't afford the hefty prices of business consultants. At alt.Consulting, our services are priced at fees that are affordable to our small business clients. Our fees are based on a below-market hourly rate with subsidies available to qualifying firms. |
alt.Consulting works with minority-owned, women-owned and rural based businesses in the Delta Region of Eastern and Southern Arkansas, Northern Mississippi, and Western Tennessee.
