The Arkansas/Mississippi Delta is known as one of the poorest regions of the United States. It is a very rural area where most of the counties continue to have double-digit unemployment, high poverty levels and suffer from a declining population.
This is the Delta everyone sees. We see it a little differently. We see the people who, in spite of these obstacles, are willing to work hard and risk everything to improve their lives and the lives of their children.
