Innovative Bank has developed the Small Office Home Office Banking product to promote the Small Business Administration (SBA) Community Express loan program which provides financial assistance, capital access, technical and management assistance to the underserved segment of the small business community.
Features of the program include:
- Business loans of $5,000 to $50,000
- Seven years to repay with no prepayment penalty
- Fast approval time
- No collateral or business plan is needed
- Great for minority and women owned businesses and start-ups
- Management/technical assistance is available
- Some historical negative credit may be excused
- Certain types of businesses are not eligible
